My favorite play activities from the past week:

• Spending restorative days in the forest near one of
  Minnesota's 10,000 lakes.
• Playing round after round of various versions of Spot It!
• Hanging out with family, sharing meals and campfires with the mosquitoes.
• Reading books, including The Middle Place by Kelly Corrigan:
  brave, heartwarming and real.
• Walking the boardwalk through the bog with my husband.
