The Itinerary
What does it mean to practice gratitude? We'll cover the basic elements of a gratitude practice and we'll talk about several people who consider practicing gratitude a valuable ingredient in living a fulfilling life.
We'll explore why practicing gratitude can truly impact our feelings of satisfaction, joy and fulfillment. And I'll share how you can get started on a gratitude practice of your own.
To wrap up the mini-session, we will spend a little time sampling some of the myriad ways to practice and record gratitude. (This will involve colorful paper, and we might use scissors and glue sticks.)What You'll Receive from this Mini-Session
Through participating in the Gratitude Mini-Session, you will get:
- two in-person hours of guidance and support in a small community of
open-hearted people; - time and materials to begin a gratitude project;
- informational welcome email and mini-session follow-up email;
- inspiration to get you started toward a more fulfilling life!
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
